APRO are pigments derived from pig blood, a unique technology from ESSENTIA, obtained through technologically advanced fractionation processes, 100% soluble; EXCELPRO are highly functional porcine blood plasma proteins with high thermal stability; SCANPRO are highly functional collagen proteins. They can be pork, beef, poultry, fish and seafood.
