In this type of solutions, we create formulas (mix's) that can be suggested by the customer or can be developed in partnership, where Proanda supplies the formula's raw materials, mixes and packs according to the most appropriate dosages.

In this way, we streamline the entire manufacturing process, avoiding weighing and possible dosing errors, ensuring the regularity of the process and consequent quality of the final product.

"Clean Label"

The “clean label” concept is gaining more and more popularity in all sectors of the food industry. More and more consumers consult the product label before purchasing it, preferring labels with:

A short and simple list of ingredients; No “E” and no chemicals with complicated names; Natural and easily recognized ingredients.

Still within this concept, we can also include “potentially allergenic substances” or “allergens” that must obligatorily appear on the product label.

The presence of these substances will prevent their consumption by many consumers, for example gluten for Celiacs or lactose, milk and its derivatives, soy, substances that can or do cause harmful reactions to the health of many consumers.

We were born in Portugal and grew up in Portugal collaborating with small manufacturers of traditional Portuguese products, from whom we learned and created a wide range of solutions suitable for each region and each traditional product of Portugal.

We know what tradition is, but we also know all the difficulties involved in manufacturing a traditional product, in a traditional way, nowadays.
